A young elephant seal seems to kiss another on the beach in Gold Harbour, South Georgia Island, in the southern Atlantic. Photographer Jan Vermeer [not that one] captured the image while on a wildlife trip. He said: “While young seals are naturally playful, I was thrilled to snap this endearing moment that resembles a kiss.
